Hi there! I'm Daña (that's Don-ya), and I am the owner of Saturday Afternoon! 

Saturday Afternoon is inspired by my love for art and design. My grandmother would have what were affectionately known as "craft parties" for my cousins and I as children. I can confidently say that those craft parties fueled my creative spirit. From then on, whether I was dotting my i's with little hearts, or doodling in my notebooks (or my parents couch, but we won't speak of that), I knew that I had do something to challenge myself creatively. 

I am a firm believer that the the smallest acts of kindness can leave a huge impact - enter Saturday Afternoon! Our greeting cards are carefully thought out and curated for any occasion, or just those times when you want to let someone know that you are thinking about them. Either way, I can guarantee you that when they receive that little note, it will make their day. 

Starting this little shop has been a goal of mine for about two years. With my background in Graphic Design, the idea of turning an idea into something tangible, brings me so much joy. I could not pass up the opportunity to share what I truly love to do - design and create - and better yet - have my work serve as something that others can benefit from.
